Payment Schedule
Booking deposit: Rs. 2,00,000 is due at the time of booking.
30 days before event date: 50% of the remaining balance to be paid.
15 days before event date: Remaining balance must be paid in full.
Additional charges (extra consumption): Any extra consumption charges must be settled on the same day via RTGS or cash, with valid ID proof.

  • Taxes are subject to change based on government regulations and will be applied at the prevailing rate on the event day. Any revisions in government-mandated taxes levied by the banquet will also be applicable.

The rates mentioned above are charged per session and include pre-production time as detailed below for the morning and evening sessions.

Venue Access & Booking Policy
The management will not be responsible for providing access to the venue outside the specified duration. Any exceptions will be at the management's discretion. To ensure availability and accommodate any external setups not arranged through the banquet, it is recommended to book the venue for the required duration.

Electricity Charges
In case of an extension beyond the specified timings, an additional charge of Rs. 35,000 + taxes per hour will apply. This is subject to venue availability and management approval.

Setup Time
The banquet requires a minimum of 180 minutes between meals and tea breaks to ensure the setup meets all expectations.

Terms & Conditions
Guaranteed Guest Count & Food Preparation
The final guest count must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Any increase in the guest count must be shared at least 15 days before the event, and additional guests will be charged at the per-guest rate outlined in the proposal.
A reduction in the confirmed guest count cannot be accommodated.
Food will be prepared with a 5% buffer over the confirmed number of guests.
Event Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling:
If an event is postponed or preponed, the client must select a new date from the available options provided by management.
The rescheduled event must take place within the same financial year or within six months of the originally booked date (whichever is earlier).
Cancellation:
If the event is cancelled, all advance payments made will be forfeited.
If cancelled between 30 to 15 days before the scheduled date, the client is liable to pay 50% of the total estimated amount.
If cancelled within 15 days of the event, the client is liable to pay 100% of the total estimated amount, including charges for rental, catering, décor, and AV services.
Extra Services & Arrangements
Round table servers and hostess services will be charged extra.
Sajjangouth / Panchola arrangements will be made for a maximum of 20 guests, and will be offered once, towards the end of the event.
Venue Rules & Restrictions
Outside food & beverages are strictly prohibited.
Fireworks, confetti, cold pyros, and crackers are not allowed within 200 meters of the premises. A penalty of Rs. 10,000 will be charged for violations.
Indoor music & DJ will be permitted only as per local government norms.
Guests must adhere to all venue rules & restrictions.
Liability & Damages
The client is responsible for ensuring that contractors follow the venue’s guidelines.
The banquet management is not liable for any personal injuries or damages caused by guests or external vendors. Any damages to the property caused by third-party vendors hired by the client will be charged accordingly. The management is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
The use of nails, scotch tape, or pins for decoration is strictly prohibited. Only standees and framed banners are allowed within the premises.
Vehicles parked in the parking area are at the owner’s risk. The management is not liable for any damage or loss of the vehicles.
Force Majeure (Natural Calamities & Unforeseen Circumstances)
The management’s obligations are subject to absence of strikes, labor disputes, accidents, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
The management is not liable for any inconvenience, cancellation, or unavailability of services due to Acts of God/Nature.
Power Supply Disclaimer
The management is not responsible for any power outages, as electricity supply is beyond our control.
Musical Performances & Licensing Guidelines
Clients planning to have a DJ performance, live band, karaoke, or pre-recorded music during the event must obtain the necessary licenses and NOCs as mandated by law.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all required licenses are procured in advance to avoid any legal consequences.
A copy of the licenses must be submitted to M&S Banquet management before the event begins.
Failure to provide valid licenses may result in the management denying permission for performances or stopping the music during the event. The decision of the management in this regard will be final and binding.
Legal & Government Compliance
This agreement is governed by Indian laws, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
All required event permissions (Police, IPRS, PPL, Fireworks, etc.) must be obtained by the client/event organizer.
Permission documents must be submitted to the management at least 7 days before the event.
The event must be registered at www.digitalgujarat.gov.in, and copies of the registration receipt must be provided to the nearest police station and M&S Banquet.
Validity of Terms
These rates and terms are valid from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
